Northeast Georgia Down Payment Assistance Program
To foster home ownership and support economic development, The Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia, the IMPACT Group, The Brand Banking Company and a network of local builders are partnering to provide down payment assistance for consumers who buy a home in Northeast Georgia. There are hundreds of homes and communities available. The Northeast Georgia Down Payment Assistance Program is not restricted to first-time home buyers and does not require that the funds be re-paid.
"Time is Now" Mortgage
Brand Bank's "Time is Now" mortgage is available to qualified individuals who purchase a home offered by many of Brand Bank's builders. The Bank knows that there are a number of potential home buyers who are waiting for just the right time to purchase a home and get a great deal. We believe the "Time is Now." Our builders have homes ready for occupancy and the Bank wants to offer an incentive to help them sell those homes. Home prices range from the low $100,000 to $400,000, offering a choice for any budget.
